EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 29-year-old man has been arrested and is being charged with deadly conduct/aggravated assault after he allegedly fired shots at a bar in Central El Paso after he got in a fight there.
Shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 20, police were called out to the 5000 block of Alabama about shots fired in the parking lot of the Incredibles Bar.
The preliminary investigation showed that a man had been in a fight in the bar and while leaving it, he fired upon the business.
No one was injured in the incident, police said.
Through the investigation, Armando Estrada Jr., 29, was identified as the person who fired the shots. On Nov. 25, he was located and taken into custody. He was booked on a $5,000 bond.
