Rookie debut: Miles Frazier (6-6, 325) made his Lions debut Thursday working in at left guard along with veteran Trystan Colon. Detroit’s fifth-round pick in this year’s NFL Draft, Frazier missed training camp and the start of the regular season rehabbing a knee injury. Detroit scored their first touchdown on Frazier’s first drive in.
Campbell said after the game the plan was to work him in and he earned more reps with his play. He did have two false start penalties he’ll have to clean up moving forward.
Gutty performance: Amon-Ra St. Brown left the Packers game on Thanksgiving with an ankle injury and didn’t return. The injury forced him to miss practice all week ahead of Thursday’s game against Dallas and he was listed as questionable to play against the Cowboys.
St. Brown played a full complement of reps and ended up catching six passes for 92 yards including a few clutch receptions on third downs to set up scores. He now gets 10 days to heal up before the Lions travel to Los Angeles to take on the Rams Dec. 14.
