Tip off from Gampel Pavilion is set for 7:30 p.m.

The Huskies and the Lions are facing off for the second straight season. Connecticut won last season’s meeting 81-46.
UConn’s 61-56 win over No. 21 Kansas on Tuesday was the program’s first against the fellow blue blood. The victory snapped the Jayhawks’ 23-game home non-conference win streak.
Solo Ball and Braylon Mullins put up 17 points a piece.
The Huskies were down 4 at the half, but took the lead halfway through the second half thanks to 7 straight points from Alex Karaban.
Following East Texas A&M, UConn’s next opponent is No. 15 Florida at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday as part of the Jimmy V Classic. Tip off is slated for 9 p.m. on ESPN.
