One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting Saturday at Fort Worth’s Hulen Mall, Fort Worth Fire Department said in an email on Saturday.

Fort Worth police are investigating the shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon in the 4700 block of South Hulen Street, according to a social media post.

“Once more information is gathered they will provide an update on scene on the East side of the parking lot,” the post said.

The shooting was reported at about 2 p.m. in a grassy area near the parking lot close to the Red Robin restaurant and Macy’s on the east side of the mall, the Associated Press reported. Multiple 911 callers reported hearing at least one gunshot outside while the mall was crowded with Christmas shoppers.
