As construction continues on Burger Boy’s original St. Mary’s Street location, plans for another addition to the San Antonio burger chain are already underway. Burger Boy recently confirmed on social media where it will be heading next for its 11th location.

In a recent Instagram reel, a Burger Boy spokesperson shared the company’s excitement for the new location while standing in front of the restaurant’s construction site off 1604 near Marbach Road.

“NEW LOCATION ALERT!! Are you READY for what’s coming? We’re excited to announce our next project: Burger Boy is headed to Marbach & 1604! Big things are cooking…Stay tuned, San Antonio!” the business wrote in the caption of the Instagram reel.

A project details page registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation reveals that the new Burger Boy will cost an estimated $1.1 million to construction from the ground up, with a tentative completion date of July 31, 2026. The exact address is listed as 2304 Loop 1604 S.,
San Antonio, TX 78245 on the project details page.

Earlier this year, Burger Boy opened its 10th location on Walzem Road in the Windcrest area. The San Antonio chain is currently working on rebuilding its iconic St. Mary’s Strip restaurant, which experienced significant damage in a fire in August 2025. The latter is on track to reopen at the top of 2026.
