SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is looking for several people believed to be involved in the fatal shooting of a man on the North Side.
The shooting happened just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Carmel Place.
Multiple calls came in from the scene and when officers arrived, they found the victim lying next to a vehicle, with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was pronounced dead at a local hospital and his name hasn’t been released.
Police say an unknown number of people ran from the area after the shooting but at this point, they haven’t been able to track down anyone involved.
The investigation continues.
