In November, iconic Richardson dim sum spot Kirin Court opened a second location in Plano. With bright lighting and lazy Susans to facilitate family-style dining, the space will appeal to diners who feel attached to the original. Servers push the signature carts from table to table, slinging dumplings, buns, and ribs, but in addition to dim sum, the menu offers hot pots, a fried rice menu, and a long list of noodle dishes among its appetizers and entrees.
