Bojangles plans to open six new locations in Texas by the end of this year – including some Houston area locations.

The North Carolina-based fast-food chain known for its fried chicken confirmed to the Houston Chronicle that it plans to open 18 new locations in nine states as it expands its nationwide footprint. The chain has about 850 locations.

Bojangles will open two new Houston-area locations.

1360 E. League City Parkway in League City

Bojangles has opened 30 locations across the U.S. so far in 2025. Outside Texas, Bojangles plans to open new locations in Florida, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Ohio, Oklahoma and Michigan this year.

Bojangles currently operates several locations throughout the Houston area, including in League City, Baytown, Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring and Tomball.
