The fog will lift, whatever light rain will end, and the clouds will decrease to a partly cloudy sky this afternoon.

Cold Front Late Tonight

The next cold front arrives tonight with a little more light rain along with a possible thunderstorm(s) moving north to south.

Here, again, there won’t be much rain measured. In fact, total rain between this morning and tonight won’t amount to much more than a few hundredths up to .10″.

Sunday Chill

There will be a feel of winter Sunday as afternoon temperatures will average the upper 40s to low to mid 50s.

But those 40s and 50s will feel more like 30s and 40s because of a biting north wind.

Cold Monday Morning

Could Austin-Camp Mabry’s first freeze happen Monday? It’s possible but, for now, we’ll keep that morning minimum a degree above to start the day. Wind speeds will be low so there won’t be much of a wind chill.

Next Week

The air will warm throughout the week. A weak cold front arrives Thursday night leading to minor cooling Friday. Rain will be limited to a few isolated showers Wednesday, then again as Thursday night’s front arrives.
