Wisconsin volleyball advanced to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight with an impressive 3-1 Regional Semifinal win over No. 2-seed Stanford on Friday.

The Badgers triumphed 25-17, 21-25, 25-23, 25-22 in the hard-fought four-set match. Mimi Colyer led the way with 27 of the team’s 70 total kills, as the Badgers hit an impressive 42%. Stanford entered the tournament ranked No. 7 overall in the NCAA Volleyball RPI. Wisconsin, which entered ranked No. 11, played like a national title contender, turning the tables on the higher-seeded Cardinal.
