A 15-year-old shot earlier this month in West Dallas has died from their injuries, police said.

Officers were dispatched to a Dallas hospital shortly after 5 a.m. Dec. 6. A preliminary investigation found the teenager had been shot in the 2500 block of Canada Drive and driven by private vehicle to the hospital.

The 15-year-old, who was not identified, died Saturday, police said in a news release. No arrests have been made.
