Mother, daughter also hospitalized after being bitten by dogs nearby

KATY, Texas – Police are investigating a dog mauling in Katy where a man was discovered dead from an attack.
Precinct 5 deputies arrived at the 2500 block of Porter Road following reports of the incident. HCSO has dispatched CSI and detectives to the scene.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez added that a mother and her daughter were also bitten by dogs nearby. Both were hospitalized with minor injuries.
