According to the Bishop Police Department, officers responded alongside ESD 3 Fire and the Nueces County Constable Precinct 3 after receiving reports of the fire. Flames and heavy smoke were visible from the RV as crews worked to contain the blaze and secure the surrounding area.

Officials said the fire has since been fully extinguished and there is no ongoing threat to the public. Authorities did not report any immediate injuries and emphasized that nearby residents were not in danger once the scene was stabilized.

Police thanked all assisting agencies for their swift response and coordination, as well as residents for their patience while emergency personnel managed traffic and worked to ensure the area was safe.

The cause of the fire has not been released. Bishop PD said that If additional information becomes available and is appropriate for public release, updates will be provided.
