EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police arrested a 24-year-old Horizon man, as they believe he was driving drunk when he crashed into two motorcyclists– killing one rider and sending the other to the hospital.
According to the El Paso Police Department, at around 3:18 a.m., Jose Francisco Acevedo Osorio was driving down the 10900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Northeast El Paso when he allegedly rear-ended two motorcyclists.

Police said one motorcyclist, 32-year-old Eduardo Adrian Munoz, died on the scene following the crash, while the other, 25-year-old Gilbert Lincon, was rushed to the hospital.
Police said Munoz was riding a 2008 Honda CR-V, while Lincon was riding a 2007 Suzuki GSX.
Officers describe that Acevedo showed signs of being intoxicated and, as a result, was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail.
According to jail records, he was charged with intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault with a vehicle, and a bond was set at $250,000.
