Fuel spill closes I-10 in East El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A fuel spill has currently closed all lanes on I-10 West at Zaragoza after a semi-tractor crash.

A person with the El Paso Fire Department says the crash happened just before 12 p.m. and two people were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police say fuel has spilled on the roadway as a result of the crash, and delays are expected.

All lanes are currently closed on I-10 West before Zaragoza, and motorists are asked to use Zaragoza Exit 32. Backup is to Loop 375, and clearing time is until further notice.
