Baumgardner was forced to relinquish her WBC title in September, as the sanctioning body does not recognize women competing under equal rules to men’s champions, thus removing her status as the “undisputed” world champion at super featherweight.
Baumgardner, who officially signed with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions in March, moved to Dallas earlier this year.
Baumgardner, 34, grew up in Ohio, where her boxing career started. She later moved to Michigan and spent the past year in Las Vegas before calling North Texas home.
