EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking for your help in finding man who stole a necklace worth thousands of dollars from Cielo Vista Mall.

At about 11 a.m. on Nov. 21, a man walked up to the Valle Oro kiosk at Cielo Vista Mall.  The man asked to see a gold necklace that he said he was interested in purchasing.

As he was looking at the necklace, he suddenly ran off with it. The gold necklace is valued at $6,000, Crime Stoppers said.

The suspect in this case is a white or Hispanic man, in his mid-20s, with a light complexion.  He was wearing a gray-hooded jacket with the name Providence on the front, a dark-colored baseball cap, and black-and-white athletic shoes.
