More housing is on the way in Dallas, with Crescent Estates Custom Homes announcing its groundbreaking on a new townhome community in the northwestern part of the city.
The Residences at Creek Hollow will be located at 10056 Marsh Ln. near Walnut Hill, comprising 31 custom-designed townhomes across two acres. Homes on offer are either two- or three-story and span 1,600-2,700 square feet.
Leonel Amaya, vice president of Crescent Estates Custom Homes, said the project site is strategically located, with pricing matched to the neighborhood’s median annual income, which is over $130,000. The site used to be home to a Dallas County facility that was damaged by a tornado back in 2018. The structure was finally demolished earlier this year.
“This area of Dallas is poised for thoughtful residential growth. The Residences at Creek Hollow will bring a level of quality and design that both honors the neighborhood and enhances its long-term value,” he said.
Listings are expected to run from between $700,000 and $1.2 million.
“Our vision is to create a community that feels enduring, welcoming, and exceptionally crafted from the ground up,” Amaya said.
Vertical construction is projected to start in the first half of the new year, with pre-sales planned for the summer.
Earlier this year, Crescent Estates Custom Homes debuted a four-story mid-rise in Turtle Creek called The Residences at Routh. The boutique luxury property consists of 20 homes starting in the $900,000s for a one-bedroom with an en suite bath and guest powder room. At the high end, a three-bedroom, four-bath penthouse goes for over $1.8 million.
