Tabla Indian Restaurant ($), far north Fort Worth
Where is this restaurant? 5633 N. Tarrant Parkway, just west of U.S. 377.
“They have the best chicken biryani, samosas and really good vegetarian options.”
What else to know: Tabla Indian Cuisine started in 2008 in Orlando. Three more Florida locations opened in the early 2020s. The founders began offering franchises in 2024, and the Fort Worth location was the fifth Tabla when it opened early this year. There are plans for more franchises in Grapevine, Irving, and Houston.
Signature dishes at Tabla include butter chicken, chicken biryani, creamy dal bukhara and kadai paneer, alongside popular Indo-Chinese specialties.
Hours are daily Tuesday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and 5-9:30 p.m. It is closed Mondays. See the menu.
