AUSTIN, Texas – No. 2 Texas women’s basketball (15-0) saw seven players score in double-digits in a 120-38 victory over Southeastern Louisiana at Moody Center on Sunday.
Madison Booker reached 1,500 career points and was one of seven Longhorns to score in double figures. Booker finished with 20 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Kyla Oldacre posted a career-high 22 points and six rebounds. Breya Cunningham and Bryanna Preston each added 12 points, and Justice Carlton and Ashton Judd scored 10 apiece, with Judd recording her most points as a Longhorn. Jordan Lee contributed 16 points, including 12 from beyond the arc. Cunningham added 10 rebounds for a double-double.
Texas delivered a dominant defensive performance in the first quarter, forcing 11 turnovers and fueling a 30–3 run. Forward Justice Carlton led the Longhorns with nine points as Texas closed the period ahead 30–6.
During the second quarter, Madison Booker reached 1,500 career points and finished the half with 11 points. Texas carried a 70–20 lead into the locker room against the Lady Lions. Post players Breya Cunningham and Kyla Oldacre combined for 23 points and six rebounds, while guard Rori Harmon led the team with four assists.
The Longhorns closed out a 120–38 victory, marking their sixth game of the season scoring 100 or more points.
