SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man’s body has been pulled from the San Antonio River.
According to KSAT-12, a guest at a nearby hotel spotted the body while standing on a balcony early Monday.
The guest reported it to management, who called the San Antonio Police Department.
Officers arrived and pulled the body to the boat ramp near Newell Avenue and Camden Street.
Officers say they believe the man was homeless and had fallen into the river, but they are not sure how long he had been in the water.
Foul play is not suspected and the man’s name hasn’t been released.
