EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A registered sex offender was arrested and charged with four counts of indecent exposure after walking around naked last week at an East El Paso apartment complex, according to El Paso Police.

Police say at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, they were called to 3650 George Dieter to an indecent exposure in progress.
When officers arrived, they spoke to a witness who stated that Aaron Jamar Blackman, 34, had been walking around the apartment complex naked and was exposing himself, police said.
Further investigation revealed that Blackman was a registered sex offender out of St. Louis, Missouri, police said.
Blackman was charged with four counts of indecent exposure under a $40,000 bond.
