Elaine’s Kitchen, a beloved Caribbean restaurant in South Dallas, closed its doors for good today after more than 30 years in business. Located on MLK Boulevard, the restaurant was known for its comforting food and community atmosphere. Loyal customers lined up for one final meal and to share memories. The family of founder Elaine Campbell said the closure follows the wishes outlined in her will.
