LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock police are investigating a collision involving two pedestrians in the 3000 block of West Loop 289, including a 2-year-old who suffered serious injuries and has been taken to Covenant Children’s Hospital.
The call came in just before 3 p.m.
