SAN ANTONIO – A fast-moving shed fire was stopped from spreading to a nearby home on the Northeast side, thanks to a quick response from firefighters.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning around 2:45 a.m. when crews were called to the 4700 block of Juniper Farm. Upon arrival, they found a shed behind a home fully engulfed in flames.
According to the SAFD, the fire had started to catch the home on fire before firefighters made a rapid attack and contained the blaze.
The family inside safely escaped without injury.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
