“Jep and Jessica are going to feel right at home on our network,” said Kaitlyn Haubrich, chief brand officer for Great American Media, in the news release. “The series isn’t just about them building physical homes; it’s about creating spaces where people led by faith can truly be at home. We believe their journey will uplift hearts and inspire a deeper sense of purpose and community.”

In a promotional video, Jessica hinted at what viewers can expect. “Along the way, you’ll meet our kids, grandbabies, relatives and a community who reminds us of what matters the most.”

The couple rose to fame on Duck Dynasty, which featured a Louisiana clan headed by patriarch and duck-call businessman Phil Robertson. It was a breakout success for A&E, running for 11 seasons between 2012 and 2017.

Jep and Jessica Robertson were also the subjects of a two-season Duck Dynasty spinoff that aired from 2016 to 2017 on A&E.

The couple has since developed ties to the Lone Star State. They lived in the Austin area for several years, operating a Southern-style food truck. In 2024, Jessica shared photographs to Instagram of a property they were developing in West Central Texas. “Two of our daughters live in Abilene and we have completely fallen in love with this little town!” she captioned the post.

She and her husband will be splitting their time between Louisiana and Texas, according to the news release.
