The pizza joint will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 9613 Coit Road.

Next week, pizza franchise Pizza Guys is celebrating the opening of its 100th location, the first in Texas right here in Plano.

The franchise started in Sacramento in 1986. Now, with 99 locations across California and West Nevada, the brand is franchising out with a Plano location at 9613 Coit Road.

“Reaching our 100th location and opening in Texas is a proud moment for Pizza Guys,” said CEO and Founder Shahpour Nejad. “Plano is the perfect place to start this new chapter, and Ramandeep and Ranjeet are the ideal local partners to represent our brand. Their integrity, experience, and dedication to quality make them a great fit for the community.”

Husband-and-wife team Ramandeep (Raman) Singh and Ranjeet Klair are running the new location.

“When we decided to open a Pizza Guys in Plano, it wasn’t just about bringing another pizza restaurant to town,” said Klair. “It was about becoming part of a community that values quality, hospitality, and family—just like we do.”

The restaurant celebrates its grand opening on Saturday, October 18, with a ribbon cutting at 9:30 a.m. and official opening at 10 a.m. According to a press release, the first 25 customers will receive a free large pizza and a chance to win free pizza for a year. Music, prize giveaways and free samples will be on site.
