Researchers based their findings on 31 factors that indicate the strength of the job market, including job openings per applicant, employment growth, and the average starting salary each month.

When all was said and done, Plano was ranked as the seventh-best city for jobs, and Austin was ranked ninth. If you don’t mind living in the big city, those would be two great options.
