A worker at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas posted a video identifying Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents staying at the hotel. The next day, The Dallas Express learned she is no longer employed.
The worker, who identified herself as “Gia,” posted a video on TikTok on January 7, warning viewers that ICE agents were staying at the hotel.
The Dallas Express visited the hotel on January 8, where a manager declined to comment.
A spokeswoman later followed up, confirming that Gia worked for a third-party parking company and is no longer employed.
A Hilton spokeswoman said the individual in the video was not a Hilton employee and that the company contacted the third-party parking operator regarding the incident.
“We are aware of a video that has been shared on social media by an individual who is not a Hilton employee,” the spokeswoman said to DX. “We respect the privacy of all our guests and addressed directly with the third-party parking company who has advised us that the individual is no longer employed by their company.”
The Dallas Express reached out to ICE for comment but did not receive a response before publication.
Update: ICE Responds

After publication, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman provided a response to The Dallas Express, praising the decision to terminate the employee.
An ICE spokeswoman told The Dallas Express she was glad the company “fired the employee responsible for doxing our officers which puts our officers’ lives in jeopardy.”
“Every single day, our officers are putting their lives on the line to keep Americans safe from the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens, including pedophiles, terrorist gang members, and murderers,” the spokeswoman said. “Revealing their locations puts them at enormous risk of retaliation from these monsters.”
According to the spokeswoman, ICE agents are currently experiencing a more than 1,300% increase in assaults, a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000% increase in death threats.

In the video, Gia warned viewers that ICE agents were staying at the hotel and acknowledged that posting the video could cost her job.
“My name is Gia, and I just wanted to give a warning to y’all that there are ICE agents staying at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas,” she said. “Quite frankly, I don’t really care if I lose my job, because I could get in trouble for posting this.”
Gia said she did not care about this, because she cares “more about your families and about unity.” She asked viewers to warn their families. The video appears to show her wearing a jacket from the parking company.
“If you or somebody who works here is worried about your immigration status, please let them know – the Hilton Anatole in Dallas,” she said.
The Dallas Express approached a manager at the Hilton Anatole on January 8 to confirm if Gia was still employed there. The manager confirmed hotel officials were aware of the video but described the matter as an internal investigation and declined to provide further details.
Afterward, the spokeswoman provided further details.

Earlier this month, Hilton cut ties with a Minneapolis-area franchise after hotel staff refused to serve ICE agents or Department of Homeland Security employees, as The Dallas Express previously reported.
The Hilton Anatole is just four miles down I-35 from the ICE-Dallas facility, where a sniper targeted agents in September, killing two detainees and wounding another, as The Dallas Express also reported.
