The Houston Texans are dealing with a few injuries ahead of their playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, listing two players as questionable to play on Monday.
Courtesy of Saturday’s injury report, the Texans designated rookie safety Jaylen Reed and cornerback Ajani Carter, two defensive backs currently on injured reserve, as questionable to play against Pittsburgh.
Reed was Designated for Return following his participation during Thursday’s practice, a little over a month after he broke a metal plate in his forearm against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13.
Carter was placed on injured reserve on November 29 with a hamstring injury. He managed to log eight straight practices as a full participant, but it remains to be seen if he or Reed will be activated off injured reserve in time for Monday’s contest against Pittsburgh.
