The Plano City Council is set to discuss a proposal Monday to build three apartment buildings next to the Tera Ford dealership off Route 34.
The item is on the council’s Committee of the Whole agenda, which will follow the regular city council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. at Plano City Hall, 17 E. Main St.
The development received a recommendation of approval from the city’s Plan Commission in December. The council will not vote on the proposal Monday, but could place it on a future agenda for consideration.
Also on the agenda for the regular meeting are the purchase of equipment for the wastewater treatment plant, approval of about $900,000 in bills and wages, and a year-end presentation from the Building and Zoning Department.
