After a stretch of chilly mornings in the teens and 20s, including this morning, tonight will feel noticeably milder too. Temperatures will stay above freezing with steady winds and increasing moisture ahead of a cold front that’s on its way.

A strong cold front will sweep across the South Plains during the pre-dawn hours Wednesday morning, bringing cool down to our weather. Expect temperatures to drop through the afternoon and winds to shift to the north as the front moves through.
