Outbound
adding in Utah. Outbound Hotels is developing the 182-key Outbound Park City, an alpine retreat set to open in early 2027 following a comprehensive
reimagination of the property.
Outbound Park City follows earlier investments between investor Barings and Waterton,
including The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, Outbound Stowe in Vermont, and
the planned Outbound Sedona, set to open in the second quarter of this year.

Uptown Dallas hotel planned. A pair of Dallas-based companies, Cawley Partners and Alamo
Manhattan, have acquired a 27,000-sq. ft. office building in Uptown Dallas from
First United Trust for an undisclosed amount. The developers intend to tear
down the building and turn it into a $50 million hotel, according to The Dallas
Morning News. Construction is expected to start in 18 months. The hotel will
have around 140 keys and the developers are in talks with different operators.

LondonMetric
adds 9 in the UK. London-based REIT LondonMetric Property has acquired nine Premier Inn hotels in
the U.K. in a sale-and-leaseback deal for £89 million. The deal adds 955 rooms
to LondonMetric’s portfolio and increases the company’s ownership to 22 Premier
Inn assets, making it Whitbread’s fourth largest occupier. In September,
LondonMetric completed a £44 million acquisition of five hotels from Whitbread.

Refi in
Atlanta. Atlanta-based REM Associates has refinanced the 265-key Candler Hotel in
Atlanta. The hotel, which is part of Hilton’s Curio Collection and managed
by Highgate Hotels, is near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Peachtree facilitated the transaction.

HEI adds
3 in Texas. Norwalk,
Connecticut-based HEI Hotels & Resorts has added three properties in The
Woodlands, Texas, to its portfolio. The portfolio includes The Woodlands
Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton; The Westin at The Woodlands; and the
Embassy Suites The Woodlands at Hughes Landing. Los Angeles-based Ascendant
Capital Partners recently acquired all three properties.

Kinseth
adds in New York. Coralville, Iowa-based Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC) has added the
134-key Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen in Middletown, New York, to its
management portfolio. This is KHC’s first property in New York.

IHG adds
in Thailand. IHG
Hotels & Resorts is partnering with Proud Real Estate Public Co. Ltd.
(PROUD) for the 111-key The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort. Each
residence is connected to the InterContinental Phuket Resort in Thailand. IHG
and PROUD have another branded residence project in Thailand in the
InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.

The
Belize Collection adds in Placencia. Belmopan City, Belize-based The Belize Collection has taken
over management of the Blue Reef Beach Resort and Marina, a beachfront property
in Placencia, Belize, formerly known as Robert’s Grove Beach Resort. The
transition includes Blue Reef Beach Resort, Blue Reef Island, the marina, and
two on-site restaurants. Blue Reef Beach joins The Belize Collection’s
portfolio of hospitality experiences across Southern Belize alongside flagship
resort The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant and The Lodge at Jaguar Reef.

Melia
adds in Italy. Palma,
Spain-based Melia Hotels International has expanded its presence in Italy,
signing a deal to add a hotel in the Dolomites to its Affiliated by Melia
collection brand. The new 53-key hotel will join the group when it opens in May
and will be Melia’s 16th hotel in Italy.

Kimpton
debuts in Malaysia. Kimpton is making its Malaysian debut with the opening of Kimpton Naluria Kuala
Lumpur. Owned by LQ Hotel Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Lendlease and TRX
City Sdn Bhd, this opening is within the Tun Razak
Exchange (TRX) district – Kuala Lumpur’s lifestyle and business hub.
