EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting in Northeast El Paso over the weekend.
According to the El Paso Police Department, 30-year-old Santiago Carrillo and 20-year-old Saul Angel Ramirez were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after an altercation outside the El Guapo Bar– on 8500 Dyer Street– escalated into gunfire.
Investigators believe the shooting happened Saturday night at around 10:45 p.m.

The victim was described as a 27-year-old man.
It is unknown if the victim suffered any injuries.

Police stated that they are still investigating this shooting and are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call 915-832-4400 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 915-566-8477 to report anonymously.
Jail records show both suspects were booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail; Carrillo on Monday under a $50,000 bond, while Ramirez was booked on Tuesday and his bond is pending.
