Prism Health, along with the Battleground Texas Engagement Fund and the Dallas County Elections Office, holds a volunteer meet and greet and a volunteer deputy registrar training on Saturday, Jan. 17 from 2:30-4 p.m.
According to the invitation, “We will provide resources, hands-on training, snacks, the opportunity to get to know other volunteers and movement builders in the community and get deputized to register voters in Dallas County.
“Although this is a Volunteer Deputy Registrar training through Dallas County, attendees do NOT need to reside in Dallas County and will be able to obtain their Volunteer Deputy Registrar certification in their perspective counties without having to re-do the full training.”
The event is free and will be held at the Prism Health NTX Empowerment Center, 219 Sunset Ave., Suite 116-B in Oak Cliff.
