Richardson-based Kelley Austin LLC, an award-winning Salesforce consulting partner, has been acquired by St, Louis-based global consultancy Perficient.

Kelley Austin managing partners Hunter Austin and Waylon Kelley will join Perficient in key leadership roles, the company said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Perficient is well known for its world class AI consulting capabilities, unmatched ecosystem partnerships with global technology giants like Salesforce, and an award-winning culture,” Austin said in a statement. “Kelley Austin’s experienced teams have been dedicated to delivering the full suite of Salesforce solutions for our clients since our inception in 2020, becoming a trusted partner as clients become truly agentic AI enterprises. We’re excited to join forces with Perficient to broaden the scope of Salesforce services and expertise we’re able to bring clients, and accelerate growth.”

Perficient said the acquisition builds on the momentum of its recent announcement of its 360-degree partnership with Salesforce, in which Perficient and Salesforce made a joint commitment to help clients harness the full potential of AI and agentic solutions, like Agentforce, to drive transformation at scale.

Since its 2020 launch, Kelley Austin has developed and delivered tailored Salesforce solutions across the telecommunications, media and technology, and consumer business services industries. Its Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud capabilities enable enterprises to enhance customer service experiences, maximize productivity, and drive revenue for their customers, the company said.

“Our clients are telling us they need practical approaches to help them transform into agentic enterprises, and to achieve sustained business results. With Salesforce, we have developed a unique partnership to invest together so we can help our clients move faster to drive growth and deliver compelling customer experiences,” Perficient CEO Yusuf Tayob said in a statement. “In acquiring Kelley Austin, we’re further strengthening our capabilities and capacity to drive agentic enterprise transformation and deliver real business outcomes with Salesforce’s Data Cloud and Agentforce offerings. Kelley Austin has deep technical expertise, coupled with creative, client-centric delivery methods, and is making the promise of AI a reality. We are excited to welcome them to Perficient and look forward to being together at Dreamforce next week.”

According to Perficient, the acquisition of Kelley Austin will:

Add award-winning Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce expertise to Perficient’s Salesforce portfolio, further broadening and deepening Perficient’s Salesforce capabilities.
Strengthen Perficient’s capacity to drive agentic enterprise transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes with Salesforce’s Data Cloud and Agentforce;
Enhance Perficient’s Salesforce service offerings with Managed Services capabilities, helping organizations optimize their implementations, improve user adoption, and drive business growth with agility; and
Add skilled Salesforce consultants with 400+ certifications and comprehensive industry expertise in the TMT and CBS sectors, enabling high-quality Salesforce execution at scale.

Perficient said it will showcase its expanded strategic Salesforce relationship, which accelerates the development of agentic, AI-powered solutions, beginning Oct. 14 at Dreamforce in San Francisco.

The event will feature more than 1,500 sessions, hands-on training, and keynotes on topics like AI, CRM, and platform innovations.

The company said that along with demonstrating the latest AI thinking and practical application of agentic tools such as Agentforce, the Perficient team, alongside Kelley Austin, will highlight use cases of rapidly moving clients from feasibility to viability using Salesforce solutions, while also maximizing occasions on-site to host attendee experiences and other events.

“Our partners continue to innovate with Salesforce to help customers realize the full potential of AI and agentic technologies,” Phil Samenuk, SVP of Global Alliances and Channels, Salesforce, said in a statement. “Successful enterprises view AI agents as key to elevating human work. By leveraging Agentforce, built on the trusted Salesforce platform, Perficient, and Kelley Austin’s expertise, we’re empowering organizations to thrive in an AI-first world – and we’re excited to highlight this momentum at Dreamforce.
