HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Videos on social media appear to show an ICE operation at a construction site in Horizon City.
According to a video shared on the popular social media account therealfitfamelpaso, people working on the construction of new homes near Eastlake Boulevard and Horizon Mesa recorded video of what appears to be a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation.
In the videos, agents appear to confront workers and a white pickup truck appears to have been involved in a crash as it is surrounded by state troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

This comes as more videos have been shared of ICE sightings in and around construction sites in the Borderland since the start of 2026.
