Why is this? Well, the violent crime rate for this neighborhood alone is reportedly 6.228 for every 1,000 residents in an average year. It’s also generally agreed that the northern side of the neighborhood is the safest.
This means that your chance of being a victim to a violent crime in Tech Terrace ranges from 1 in 81 the more south you live within the boundary, to 1 in 270 the more north you live.
What is the Cost of Crime in Tech Terrace?
In 2025, the total cost of crime is estimated to have been $1,987,016, according to Crime Grade. That’s roughly $685 per resident or $1,524 per household.
