LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Bomb Squad responded to a suspicious package in the Citizens Tower parking garage on Friday afternoon.
LPD said it was called out to a check subject call around 2:37 p.m. When officers arrived, they found the package.
Just before 3:40 p.m., LPD said the scene was all clear after checking the item.
