An 18-wheeler spilled pallets, oil and honey buns in the westbound lanes of I-30, officials said.

DALLAS — All westbound lanes of Interstate 30 are closed Sunday morning after an 18-wheeler spilled pallets, oil and honey buns onto the road, officials said.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded around 6 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, to a crash in the westbound lanes of I-30 near I-345 near downtown Dallas, the department said in a social media post.

Deputies found that an 18-wheeler hit a wall and part of the trailer had fallen to the ground below, according to the post.

The roadway is blocked by spilled pallets, oil, and honey buns, officials said. All lanes are currently closed, with only the shoulder getting by, the sheriff’s office said.

The driver is in stable condition, officials said.

The closure is expected to last until 11 a.m. Sunday, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The closure will impact the westbound lanes of I-30, and the detour to avoid the full I-30 closure between I-35E and I-45, officials said.Â
