SAN ANTONIO – An apparent ICE operation in the Balcones Heights area has sparked controversy after a neighbor reported significant property damage during an arrest.

According to an anonymous source, the incident occurred around 8 a.m. and involved four to five ICE agents. The source claims the agents abused the man in the photo they provided and trespassed on private property, resulting in a broken fence and a damaged car.

News 4 has reached out to ICE officials for comment, but has not yet received a response.
