LUBBOCK, Texas — Jail records show that Emilio Gonzalez-Moreno was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center on October, 18 for aggravated assault with serious bodily injury according to court documents.
According to court records, there was footage from the front cameras of the La Super Economica on Clovis Road that showed Gonzalez-Moreno waiting outside of the front door leaned against the pole.

Court records said when the victim excited the store, Gonzalez-Moreno stood straight and began to talk to the Victim and then struck the Victim.
Gonzalez-Moreno then walked to the victim’s car and stabbed the two rear causing them to deflate, he then fled the scene. Court records said the victim had a large cut on his shoulder and a smaller cut on his left hand.
