Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026, in Mount Olivet Chapel. Robert was born on April 27, 2004, to Delfina Garcia Ramirez and Robert Cruz Ramirez Sr. in Fort Worth, Texas. He spent his early school years at Castleberry Elementary and later A.V. Cato Elementary, where his intelligence and playful spirit were already evident. He attended Irma Marsh Middle School, where he played the cornet, a passion he continued throughout his years at Castleberry High School from ninth through eleventh grade. Robert completed his senior year at Azle High School, where he graduated surrounded by encouragement and support from his close friends from Castleberry, who remained by his side and cheered him on. Robert lived a life rooted in familiarity and community, having moved only twice. He spent most of his life in two homes in River Oaks, Texas, before settling in Azle, Texas, where he made his final home. He was a dedicated employee at Big Lots in Lake Worth, Texas, working from the very first day the store opened until its final day of operation. His coworkers meant a great deal to him, and he deeply appreciated their kindness and support. Robert had a rich inner world and a wide range of interests. He loved stories, cooking, grocery shopping, dining out, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and climbing. He found joy in music, gaming, and the thrill of concerts, where he enthusiastically stage dived. With a huge imagination and a deep love for animals, Robert also enjoyed attending comic conventions, taking road trips, and traveling to new places. He cherished nature, stayed active through weightlifting, and valued time spent doing what he loved most. Above all, Robert’s heart belonged to his siblings, Xavier and Yvette, whom he considered his favorite people and loved deeply. His spirit, creativity, and kindness will be remembered by all who knew him. Robert is preceded in death by his grandparents, Delia Ramirez, Anselmo Ramirez, and Guadalupe Acuna. He is survived by his parents, Robert Cruz Ramirez Sr. and Delfina Garcia Ramirez; brother, Xavier Cuevas; sister, Yvette Martinez; aunt, Lupe Orosco; uncles, David Ramirez and wife, Jazmin Ramirez, Michael Ramirez, and Gilbert Acuna; and grandmother, Ascenet Acuna.
