EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police have responded to a crash involving a pedestrian and a train on Monday afternoon, Jan. 19 in South-Central El Paso.
The crash happened at about 4:30 p.m. at Glenwood and Welch, which is near Fox Plaza.
