FORT WORTH – Pamela Sue Satterlee, age 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at a local nursing home. She was born on December 28, 1958, in Charlotte, Michigan, the daughter of Gerald and Sue (Carey) Satterlee. A memorial service to honor Pamela will be held in Michigan in the summer of 2026. A specific date and time will be determined at a later date. Pamela was a devoted mother, sister, and friend. She cherished her family and friends and enjoyed spending time together. In 1977, Pamela proudly joined the United States Army, which started her life full of adventures. She was a huge U of M Football fan and enjoyed traveling around the country, especially where there was warm weather. She was very creative and artistically talented in painting and drawing. She was always friendly and talkative to everyone she met, and grew to become exceptionally resilient throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sue in 2021, and Gerald in 2007; and her brother, Frank Satterlee, in 2015. Pamela is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Satterlee of Virginia; and her siblings, Jerry Satterlee of Charlotte, Michigan, Dawn (Bill) Thurkettle of Dorr, Michigan, and James (Ellen) Satterlee of Charlotte, Michigan; along with seven nieces and nephews.
