Southern Smoke Foundation has released tickets for its sellout wine event, Southern Smoke Decanted, set to take place on Saturday, March 28 at Lott Hall, 6201 Hermann Park, from 2 to 6 p.m. The annual vintner’s reception and live wine auction features a Yacht Rock theme alongside wine tastings and an epic culinary lineup, including every Michelin-starred restaurant in Houston. Tables are on sale now starting at $1,500 for 8.

Guests are invited to a Revana Wine Dinner on Thursday, January 22 at Brenner’s on the Bayou, 1 Birdsall, starting at 7 p.m. The five-course dinner is paired with distinguished wines from Revana Vineyards, with tickets for $175 per person (plus tax).

The 10th Annual Hops n’ Hot Sauce Birthday Celebration returns on Saturday, January 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Parkway. The spicy, hoppy fest brings together craft beer, more than 40 hot sauce and spicy vendors, food trucks, fun contests like hot pepper eating and spicy challenges, live music, a DJ and family-friendly activities with kids under 16 free. On Tuesday, January 27, Traveler’s Cart, 1401 Montrose, will host The Bluefin Cut, a live bluefin tuna breakdown by Kaisen Sushi followed by sushi and sashimi service. Tickets ($180) include curated sushi, sashimi and two Japanese-inspired cocktails or mocktails in a lively come-and-go atmosphere on the patio, with a limited number of seats available beginning at 5 p.m. Food-and-drink-only tickets (8:30 p.m.) are available for $80.

Bandista at Four Seasons Hotel Houston, 1300 Lamar, welcomes the team from Chicago’s award-winning Queen Mary Tavern for a one-night cocktail pop-up on Tuesday, January 27 from 6 to 10 p.m. The limited-seat experience brings five of Queen Mary’s signature cocktails to Houston, including its Navy Strength Old Fashioned and White Truffle Martini, with a playlist and hospitality designed to transport guests to the beloved Chicago bar. Reservations for one-hour seatings are required, cocktails are priced from $25 to $40, and proceeds benefit Camp H-Town.

Epicurean Evening 2026 returns to Space Center Houston on Thursday, January 29, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. with an after-hours tasting event featuring bites from more than 40 food booths, beer, live entertainment and access to the museum setting. Produced by the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, the annual “Taste of Space” includes food samples, two beer tickets for guests 21 and older, free parking, a mobile auction and raffle prizes, with participants ranging from local favorites to well-known restaurant groups. Presale tickets are $40, day-of tickets are $45 and early-entry tickets are $65, with group discounts available.
