As we get closer to the winter storm entering our area, several school districts and area businesses are announcing delays and closures beginning Friday morning. Even Texas Tech University has changed the game time of Saturday’s game against Houston to a 1 p.m. tip off at the United Supermarkets Arena.
Below is a list of closures and delays starting Friday, January 23 in the Lubbock area. It’s important to remember that this list isn’t complete and other school districts and business may announce their plans without being added to the list below.
