EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Socorro Independent School District is urging voters to support ‘Proposition A’ in the upcoming November election.
Superintendent James Vasquez explained that the proposition is crucial for the district’s future, following a successful turnaround from a multimillion-dollar budget deficit last year.
Vasquez detailed that if approved, the proposition would provide significant benefits to the district.
However, he acknowledged that it would also have an impact on taxpayers within the district.
