El Paso, TX (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Humane Society of El Paso has introduced a new logo, marking a fresh chapter in its mission to save lives and build community connections. The updated design, which features the iconic El Paso star, a dog, and a cat, aims to represent the values of community, giving, and family that the organization embodies. “It’s more of a unified vision of everything that the Humane Society means,” said a representative. The logo will be prominently displayed on all media, including jackets, pamphlets, and posters.
In addition to the logo launch, the Humane Society is spotlighting Sam, a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix with a penchant for warm blankets. Described as “super cuddly,” Sam was transferred from another shelter and is currently available for adoption. The shelter has seen a surge in adoptions, creating space for more animals like Sam to find new homes. Visitors are encouraged to meet Sam and other adoptable pets at the Humane Society.
