CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Kleberg County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Jaime Garza told 3NEWS that a man was found dead at “The Bowl” on Padre Island on Wednesday.
Garcia said a Nueces County Constable found the man in his truck and notified Kleberg County Deputies.
Kleberg County Justice of the Peace pronounced the man dead at the scene. The man has been identified, but officials are still working to notify next of kin.
The Kleberg County SO, Nueces County Constables, Nueces County ESD #2, and U.S. Park Rangers are currently working the scene. No foul play is suspected.
Officials believe the man was working in the area.
